The story in milestones
License, equipment and early products
Received a small-scale takju license in March, expanded equipment in September and registered a brew in November.
New brews, workshops and distribution
Expanded products and education through fairs, workshops and a supply agreement with Dongbaek Sanghoe at Busan Station.
Gift sets and a sold-out fair
Recorded 600 bottles sold in Lunar New Year gift sets and sold out its prepared stock at KINTEX Mega Show.
Incorporation and brand development
Established an agricultural corporation in January and undertook packaging and brand development.
Beombeok receives a grand prize
Beombeok won a grand prize in the traditional unpasteurized takju category at the 2024 Korea Liquor Awards.
Product launches and new brewing ideas
Crowdfunding featured Beombeok and Hongmiju, alongside a project proposing a new gwahaju.
